We had so much fun last year at Waconda Lake with all of Matt’s family that we decided to make it an annual trip…and we extended it a day this year! We all met at the lake for a long weekend in June. The weather was beautiful and we were able to get “our spot” again. Dave brought his boat and we set up camp. We spent all day Friday and Saturday and half of Sunday swimming, looking for shells, digging holes, knee boarding, boating, eating, and generally having a blast together! I absolutely love my family!! It feels my heart to overflowing to watch all the kiddos love the water, love knee boarding, and love being at the lake that us parents grew up on!
