Ella saw her entire craniofacial team in February for her yearly follow up. Everything checked out great! Ella passed her hearing test for the first time and her tubes are still intact!! Her surgical cleft repair still looks great and is stretching appropriately as her mouth is growing. The dentist was very happy with her brushing and we are still planning for her next surgery to be the bone graft as her adult teeth start to move down. The speech therapist was impressed with the progress she's made over the last year. That was encouraging because sometimes her progress seems slow and she gets so frustrated with it. So we're in the clear for another year!! Great job Ella!
